1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Stayblox, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. License types

All themes are sold under a lifetime license. You may use the theme on one website. Additional licenses are required for each additional website.

3. Revenue share

Theme developers receive 70% of all sales revenue. Stayblox retains a 30% platform fee to cover hosting, payment processing, and platform maintenance.

4. Theme submission

By submitting a theme, you confirm that you own all rights to the theme and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Quality standards

All themes must meet our quality standards including mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, clean code, and documentation.

6. Review process

All submitted themes undergo a manual review process. We reserve the right to reject any theme that does not meet our standards.

7. Prohibited content

Themes may not contain malicious code, hidden links, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in cases where the theme is significantly different from its description.

9. Modifications

Stayblox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
